Your Dashboard

Your Dashboard is the control center for everything in your account.

Open the Dashboard

1. Sign in and click your avatar in the top right.
2. Choose Dashboard from the menu.

Header and Stats

The top card shows your avatar, name, tier badge and bio, plus your email status, member ID, join date and subscription expiry. Quick buttons open Referral, Verification and your shop QR code. Below it, six counters track your shop, pending services and products, pending messages, days joined and ratings.

You can drag to reorder the Dashboard blocks to arrange the page the way you like.

My Shop Overview

• A shop info card with a completion ring and Setup My Shop
• Shortcut cards to your Services and Products — transactions and history
• View My Shop to see your public storefront

As a Demander

• Your Wishing Well count and a direct New Request button
• Request and history shortcuts for services and products

Account Center

A grid of shortcuts to everything else:

• Edit Profile, Billing, Verification and Update Password
• Watch Later, Watch History and Favorite Videos
• Follow Services / Follow Products, Focus Shop and Shop History
• Support, Operation Logs, Help Documents and Logout

Upgrade or Manage Your Plan

• Open Subscription to compare plans.
• Manage your subscription under Billing or Cancel Subscription.

🔍 Tip: Keep your profile photo up to date — other users see it when you contact them.
