Manage Your Shop & Verification

Your shop is your storefront — the page customers see when they visit you.

Set Up Your Shop

Open My Shop from the Dashboard and fill in:

• Shop banner — upload your own or pick a ready-made background
• Shop name, category and slogan
• Description — what customers can expect from you
• Up to 10 album images and optional related videos
• Optional store-wide notes, images or videos that apply to all your services or products

Use Preview to see the page before you publish, then Save.

Age Restriction for Your Shop

• Turn on Legal age verification required if your shop sells age-restricted items.
• Pick the minimum age (16 to 21) — customers must confirm their age before buying.

Turn Your Shop On or Off

• Use the Online / Offline switch in My Shop to control availability.
• Offline hides your shop from browsing while keeping your listings saved.

Business Verification

Verified shops build trust:

1. Open Verification in the Dashboard and use the Business Verification card — your shop must be saved first.
2. Upload up to 8 images of your business documents — up to 4 MB each, in JPEG, PNG, WebP or GIF format.
3. Submit — the result is shown right away.
