Orders, Delivery & Review

Once you agree with a provider, follow the order until delivery.

From Chat to Order

1. Discuss the scope, price and timeline in chat.
2. Agree on the details and place the order.
3. Track it under Transactions — open Services or Products in your Dashboard and switch to the Transactions view.

Delivery & Acceptance

• The provider delivers the work through the order.
• Use the Comm button to jump back into the chat anytime.
• Review what was delivered and confirm acceptance.
• If something is missing, discuss it in chat before accepting.

Review After Delivery

After the order completes you can leave a rating. Honest ratings help the whole community choose well.
